That is so true, Suze. As someone who does rescue, I talk to people all the time who have either already bought from a broker, or are considering doing it. I try to explain to them about, not just getting PROOF of health testing, but also the importance of having a good and lasting relationship with their pups breeder, so they will be available to them in the future, should they need advice on any Cavalier health issue. Frankly, sometimes, my head feels pretty bloodied from being pounded against that particular brick wall one too many times.
