The title of name is Cavalier Big Show as on the Url, and the exact
addressees will be determined at some point in the future.  Right now, I
think we are simply trying to determine what we want to say.  Work on it,
fine tune it.  In fact, the reason that there is no address is because no
one knows the "whos" but the letter can be worked on until it is ready.
This is to determine how many people will eventually be interested, because
once a letter is ready, you can all ask your various cavalier friends to
send a letter as well.  Myra
