What difference would it make? If every judge refused to put up a Cavalier that was hand stacked, no dog would ever lose more than once because it was hand stacked as the next time the handler wouldn't hand stack it! Since every dog loses now and then why not *dump* them? It should be a VERY easily learned lesson.
