Glenn, I have to agree with Joann.....the rules are the rules and they were included in the welcome letter that you received when you joined this list. If you would like to forward something that you find helpful, you only need to ask the person who wrote the post for permission. That is not very hard is it?? I spend a good portion of my week administering this list the way that it is set up. I do not have time to individually consider each and every post that comes thru for content. It is enough that I have to read each and every post that comes thru. The rules are set up to protect the participants of this list and have been in place since the beginning of the list. I think that you will find that most every dog list on the internet has the same policy. Everyone on the list has the option of asking permission to forward on a post from the writer. It only takes one minute more to ask before forwarding.
