As the above quote does in fact follow all the e-mails, each author has the
right to "authorize" distribution of their material.  Kim is actually
attempting to protect all of our copyrights as moderator who takes public
domain material and send it to over 300 members on this list.  I understand
anything e-mailed is not legal 'evidence' ...perhaps by the very fact that
it is public domain and can be edited and re-sent without the original
author ever being aware of it until much later...  From now on I guess I'll
just have to 'authorize' anything I write...well I usually do by signing my
name!  LOL!
