Kim is actually attempting to protect all of our copyrights as moderator who takes public domain material and send it to over 300 members on this list. I understand anything e-mailed is not legal 'evidence' ...perhaps by the very fact that it is public domain and can be edited and re-sent without the original author ever being aware of it until much later...
