Cathy, what I forgot to say in my madness, was that an Avid representative
was the one who told me they could not read them. And yes they were implanted
with the ten digited chip from Europe. My vet could not read it either. Not
sure how new his scanner was. But we are up here in the mountains--with only
four vets around and none are better than he. Bummer. I am calm now. Just
wanted to send this info to the group in case anyone else needed to know.
