The risk is low according to Dr. Dodds. The plasma is collected from a sequestered colony of universal donor greyhound bitches. It is intended for oral administration, but we did infuse it the other night on our bitch without ill effects. It is hemolyzed and looks slightly different than the fresh frozen plasma that I've seen used on humans, but it worked just fine. Myra
