It is hard to speculate on whether pregnancy will worsen the post-whelping severity of endocardiosis, because we don't know what triggers it. If it turned out to be an autoimmune process, it would be easy to believe that the condition would worsen with pregnancy, because they generally worsen with stressors, and pregnancy certainly is a stress.
