        I think that this is a continuing job as many of the inquiries I have
are getting their very first pet.  They had no reason to educate
themselves last month, but are now beginning that process this month.
Some of it is timing.
        I had NO clue as to how to pick a tent for camping until I decided to
go camping this summer.  So, it is only recently that I began to search
out the information.

Some people will be in stubborn denial about anything until they hit a
wall; some will never change.  But some are still growing up as we
speak.  There is always a next generation of puppy buyers on the
way......
