Thank you to those who took my inquiry seriously and helped give me a better
understanding about why Pekes seem to win so often in the Toy Class. I guess
the fact that they are exotic (i.e, look differently than most dogs) and are
indeed difficult to breed an excellent example of this breed's standards
would make a judge incline towards rewarding these dogs.
What everyone has said makes sense. Thanks.
