Hi Susan -
Yes, it is usually on the bottom shelf in the section where you'd go for canned
tuna.
Ours is in a red labeled can...fish have had their heads, tails, and innards
removed, and I just mix the whole can in with my (otherwise dry)
kibble.........have always done this.
  The cat I have now thinks it is disgusting...he is so spoiled and only will
eat one kind of canned cat food, or his Ijams dry...when I try to give him a
piece of mackerel or of my own salmon or swordfish (the only kind I eat) he
gives me a dirty look and runs into the bedroom and hides under the bed.  Weird
cat, I know - but my other cats loved fish day.......
