Ha, I didn't think anyone outside N. ireland knew what dulse was!
Its pink seaweed which is gathered from the beaches here and dried
and it tastes really good. Too salty for the dogs though. i have tried
liquid kelp
for a long period but it made absolutely no difference to nose pigment..
Sunshine helps to a limited extent but  its in the genes.

You could try giving him dulse (a kind of kelp).  It is very good for
bringing in pigment.
