Make sure puppy is warm, give small amts of sugar, preferably glucose, or honey in water into the stomach by tube, - to counteract hypoglycemia. Afterwards, to counteract dehydration, use honey, Karo Syrup, or sugar in water. 1 t. of sugar to an oz. of water -- 2 milliliters every 30 minutes until dehydration is gone. if this doesn't work, pup may need an IV from vet.
