Gayle, I really hate what has happened to you and glad to know that our condolences may have eased you pain for a moment. I am sure that you will know how to comfort someone else who may very well go through the same thing. You did everything within your human abilities to save your little friend. No one could have done more. I pray you will find another one just as special to you to ease your grief somewhat. Reminds me of what happened to Meredith Johnson Snyder with poor Reubens. On another List I am on, someone poisoned two of their Charlies in their back yard. They found them with blood coming out of their ears in the back yard and chicken was found laced with rat poison.
