If Wrinkles doesn't go for the:  "you are going to have a great time and
make new friends" speech, try this one:  "We all have a job to do for the
kennel....Your job is to look pretty and win the big ribbon."  That's the
one we use on Robbie when he is on his way to his handlers.  Works pretty
