Technically, no, a spayed bitch cannot be shown in a "B" match. These matches follow AKC show rules, so the only class a spayed or neutered dog is eligible for is one which has no competition after Best of Breed (such as a veteran's class or stud dog/brood bitch class in a specialty show or match).
