Hi Terri
I have been interested in trying some sort of wood plank flooring ( like
they used to have in old Southern houses) "country" type. How do you think a
floor like that would stand up to dogs, etc. if you had to use new pine
flooring? If one put down this type of pine flooring ( new) what should it
be treated or finished with, so as not to stain? Scratches per say do not
bother me as it is part of the "old" look. I love the way the old Southern
country store floors looked. They seen to have the appearence that , the
more wear and tear the better they age. I am just not sure about "wet"
stains??
     Thanks...Joy
