The second facility holding dogs from the Garritson seizure, the San
Diego Humane Society, placed the dogs they had out for adoption on Tuesday.
The process went very well. There were 13 Cavaliers, one with dry eye went
to rescue. The process went very well. Joy Smith and I were there to answer
any questions the new families had, most were very familar with Cavaliers
and some already owned them The dogs were happy to meet their new families
their tails were wagging and there were lots of kisses.
I am so happy the dogs are now placed. This has been a very long ten
weeks. We have had a lot of help from both Cavalier Clubs and the English
Toy Club. Thanks to everyone this has finally come to a end.
