I've seen them at WalMart, sold singly for 2.95 or something like that. Too
expensive for what I need. I keep a good-sized cooler in my trunk. What I buy
that needs to go in it usually just fills it full, and the stuff keeps each
other cool. That works for the 12 miles I have to travel home. I always carry
the cold stuff up, and let Cookie get the rest when he gets home. Good to
know they work tho, there might be times they would be worth it. I take it
there is something you pop to activate it? Like the cold paks and hot paks we
carried in the EMS unit?

Trying to find 20 to finish balancing my bank statement. Done nothing
worthwhile all day. Need to run to the little grocery for a couple of things
and water the patio pots. I did get a note from the dal rescue gal, saying
she had heard from the guy in Austin and they were working on springing him.
That was nice of him! She thanked me again for passing on the word. I thanked
her for going to the trouble of driving way over there and taking pictures,
then posting them. That was the critical thing in getting anything moving,
but it's great that so many participated, especially the zealot in NC who
emailed everyone she could find!!!
