Rosanne,

I went to the web site and looked at the Swiss collars. They are,
indeed, beautiful. How could anyone get their hands on one of yours at
a show. Did the thief take it off the dog? Is anything safe at shows?
Should I always plan on taking a group of people with me to shows to
watch my stuff, dog, and other things? I have been an exhibitor at
other types of shows and we always covered every thing with large cloths
when we were not there. The premise was that if they can't see it they
will not usually go digging about for something of value. Besides it
takes longer to lift something if it is covered. Does this not work at
dog shows?

I was nave enough to believe that because Cavaliers are so that they
are only owned and bred by angelic people. And really, the people I have
talked to are wonderful, warm and very helpful. It is my belief that
people who like dogs are better people than those who don't.

Rosanne, you have been gracious in answering my questions. It doesn't
seem fair that good people like you should be at the mercy of thieves.
