An owner can choose to register an import with the AKC, but it isn't an AKC
only dog. It is also registered by it's orginal club. If the Club
recognizes registration from the dog's original registry, the dog can be bred
with CKCSC, USA registered dogs and, using it's import number, the get can
registered with the Club.
