Your post office is allowed to take 30 days to deliver third class mail. I am fortunate that my postman brings all my mail on the day he gets it, but they aren't required to do that. In the Chin Club, there are a few people who pay extra for first class postage because their mailmen tend to put off delivery for most of the 30 days allowed.
