I don't see why a breeder would explain anything about either Club to a pet owner. I, as a pet owner, have mentioned both Clubs to other Cavalier pet owners, and no one seems interested. They don't understand, and almost seem to tune me out. I would think the only pet owners interested in this are the ones that are members of CKCSC.
