It appears that much hasn't changed since I've been away from the list. I guess I am the odd person out. We have a beautiful blenheim 9 1/2 year old girl, who by the way is heart clear, a 8 1/2 year old tri dude who came to us at the age of 6 (and happens to be the nephew of our first cavalier), a 4 year old b/t who came to us earlier in the year and 3 year old ruby, who recently presented her other mother (a breeder) with 5 gorgeous babies. Incidentally, our 9 1/2 year old is the paternal great-grandmother of the litter. We take pups who have been dumped for whatever reason and my friend (a breeder) entrusts some of her prize girls to us. The relationship I have with my friend is reciprocal and I wish everyone were as fortunate as I, particularly when it comes to the welfare of these 'furbabies'.
