Kristin Bamberg TeaCup Cavaliers Douglasville, GA <I just saw an ad for Home depot showing a lady giving away puppies. I e mailed Home depot, please do so also. Here is my e mail to them. I just saw an advertisement of yours on channel 11 that was very disturbing to me. I am a responsible dog breeder, member of the American Shetland Sheepdog Association and the Evergreen state shetland Sheepdog Club. Your ad starts with a woman giving away puppies from a box, then parents say we'll need a fence, etc let's go to Home Depot, etc. We try our very best to discourage randomly breeding dogs. This is the reason why you see people giving them away from boxes as in your ad, most of those animals wind up in the ppound, or in homes that do not care for them, let them have puppies too. Please take this very offensive ad off.I believe King as well as Snohomish county have an ordinance against giving away dogs or cats from store fronts. I do not take my business in stores that do, so if this ad continues I will no longer shop at any Home Depot, nor will any responsible breeder.
