May I ask Leanne or one of the numerous other knowledgeable people on this
list to clarify something (since the staff at local health food stores don't
always seem to know more than I do!):  I've read "alpha-tocopherol" and
similar names on Vitamin E labels, but am still not clear on which type
is/are *natural* vs. synthetic.  Also, is there *any* advantage to the
synthetic form, whichever that is (other than I'm guessing it might be less
expensive)?  Please help me out here... Thanks!!!
