On Eukanuba my dogs always got a slightly *fuzzier* coat that tended to stick out more. I much prefer Canidae for a kibble, but nothing worked like the AFS raw meat diet I used exclusively for nearly a year. My dogs really glowed on that food. And yard cleanup was unbelievable (very little to clean).
On Canidae and AFS my dogs were (and are) leaner, but I think that is healthier for them and a more normal look. As long as I can't see their ribs I think they are a good, healthy, weight.
