Sometimes dogs get diarrhea at a show because their owners foolishly give them their
leftover banquet prime rib, and of course, the diarrhea gets "discovered" 10 minutes
before she is supposed to be in the ring...all over the tail, ears, legs....why will I
never learn??? This happened to me with Natalie this weekend, I just hope Chuck
Minter didn't get a whiff of "eau de diarrhea" when he went over my hastily re-groomed
dog. She felt wonderful, very happy, it just didn't agree with her stomach!!! Thank
God I had bought some Vanilla Musk Dog Grooming Spray at Target that morning!!! And
thank goodness for high powered dog blow dryers! She really enjoyed that prime rib,
though...

Yes, and while we are on this topic.... Always have flagyl with you when
you travel with the dogs. Traveling and showing is often stressful for them
and they will show that stress by having bouts of diahhrea. Myra
