WEll actually I was the one who made the motion to accept AKC as a registration body. For goodness sake we recognized South Africa as a registration body. And yes then Bob Smith said recognizing individual dogs was to be voted on by the membership. There are certain things the board could do without a vote but others that the membership had to vote on.
