I have tried to stay neutral on most of these issues, however, I sometimes feel the whole problem will never get resolved until there is more conversation and less hostility. Fortunately or not I came in after the split.

And yes then Bob Smith said recognizing individual dogs was to be voted on by the membership. There are certain things the board could do without a vote but others that the membership had to vote on.
