Is there a breeder of Rubies on this list in KY? My friend saw a pretty ruby puppy last night and wanted to know who the breeder was. My friend lives in Menlo Park, CA and she saw the 12 wk old pup at puppy school. the puppy's name was Tasia and the owner's name was Joann.
