You can go nomail by going to
http://apple.ease.lsoft.com/archives/ckcs-l.html assigning yourself a
password and then you can manage your subscription from there
 or at the bottom or each post, there is a link
mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=SET%20CKCS-L%20NOMAIL
which should set you at nomail as well by email.
