Defs updated at 4:00pm today (18-Jun-2003) Ran the clamd daemon, and tested it with the perl script in the contrib directory of qmail-scanner. The script showed that clamd did not catch [EMAIL PROTECTED] (according to Symantec AV 8), while it did catch W95.Hybris.worm (also according to Symantec AV 8).
Should it have caught [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or has this virus not been added to the db yet? In viruses.db, I found "Worm/Gibe.1" listed, but maybe that's not close enough? I can send anyone copies of these viruses (in a password protected zip file so they'll make it past your av scanner) if they'd like to test this also.
