That depends on the mail server software you are using and/or what
external programs you are using to run clam.

If you are using amavisd-new to run the av scanner, then you can edit
/etc/amavis.conf and specify the names of text files to use as templates
for the mails. If you use something else, then the best I can do is refer
you to the docs for the software you are using.
