Clam does not bounce messages. That is the job of your MTA. Also, please don't send bounces to the virus "sender". You just compound the problem due to viruses spoofing sender addresses. More often than not, you will just spam innocent 3rd parties. See archived discussions on this list and most likely the users list for your MTA. You should sit back and think about the role of your MTA and ClamAV.
