Of course, but (plain) BBS is much more safe connection, than (plain)
TCP/IP.

:) Of course, you right, but don't forget about (user) mistakes and
forgetfulnes, holes and bugs (in software). :( These reasons doesn't allow
to have absolute security. And running webserver (any! not only IIS)
decreases security. I mention IIS only to emphasize the idea.
