maybe you shouldnt be passing /usr/bin/clamscan as a unix socket? How
about trying a real socket instead.

And also i seen 2nd error from cron job
/etc/cron.hourly/freshclam:
ERROR: Parse error at line 86: Unknown option
StreamSaveToDisk.
ERROR: Clamd was NOT notified: Can't find or parse
configuration file /etc/clamd.conf
does /etc/clamd.conf exist? Did you edit it at all?
