Did you read the upgrade information? Did you edit the configuration
file?

That option disappeared some time ago, it does not work any more. You
really need to compare your configuration file with the example config
file that clamav produces on install or compilation. The file name used
by default has changed too, it was clamav.conf, it is now clamd.conf if
everything is run without additional options.

Read the documentation again and then modify what you have and ask again
when you're not months and months behind the game.
