Mine says 1.2.2. However I simply don't bother with that when it comes
to clamav. I grab the latest zlib and use it.
./configure --disable-clamav --enable-bigstack --with-group=mail \
--disable-clamuko --with-user=exim \
--with-zlib=/usr/local/zlib-1.2.3
This is after grabbing zlib-1.2.3.tar.gz and installing it to
/usr/local/zlib-1.2.3 using
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/zlib-1.2.3 && make install
That way, I don't mess up with the system!
