I checked all the clamd.conf

/usr/share/doc/clamav-server-0.87.1/clamd.conf
/usr/share/man/man5/clamd.conf.5.gz
/usr/share/clamav/template/clamd.conf
/etc/clamd.conf

They all are the examples with the EXAMPLE still active except
/etc/clamd.conf
which I created.
