No where near as good as Kaspersky identifying Internet Explorer as a 
virus, last month.  When I was walking my friend through fixing it, and 
trying to keep her from bursting out into tears over and over again (she 
thought she lost her novel), it was all I could do to balance concern 
for her vs a desire to burst out in laughter that some AV source had 
finally done the right thing :-)
