I've actually already reported this as a false positive (a week or so ago). I had a user with a pptx file, in which virustotal showed only clamav detecting an infection. It could in fact still be infected, but I haven't yet heard anything back from the team (I've never submitted a potential FP, so I'm not sure if I should expect to hear back).
