Assuming that this is on a Win32/64 machine, just go to <http://www.malwarebytes.org/> and download the free addition. Start it and update the database. I think it does it automatically now on installation. Then, if possible shut down any AV programs, an run the application at full strength. It may find things you didn't even know existed.
