besides that i don't see any usecase for a local mirror
it's enough to have fresclam installed on one admin machine and then
distribute /var/lib/clamav/ with rsync, combined with SSH keys even over
different networks (just fire up the rsync's on the other network with
ssh user@host "rsync...")
the same applies for yum/dnf upgrade sand what not else in most cases
it saves public ressources of projects and ensures you have everywhere
the same stuff running
