The only problem I think you might have is clamav may have problems if NOD32 finds a virus and denies clamscan/clamdscan access to the files it creats in the temp folder. Even so I doubt it would cause a serious crash, more likely an error code would be reported. Others should feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
