No, it isn't. It couldn't have been written (or at least working)
until you recently did the java.io.File native descriptor stuff.

Yeah, I forced Paul to commit code he had written but had left laying
around for weeks because he didn't have the comments done. Sue me.
:) I'll be looking for undocumented portions of java.lang. None of
java.math is documented. Paul says he has had BigDecimal but
apparently hadn't commited it (it still isn't commited).
