I finished it. It's checked in, compiles, but has not had any testing.
We do not have an applet viewer.

Tim Wilkenson has a CVS repository for an effort to change NinjaRMI
to the Sun spec, under the existing BSD-style license. No one has
done much work on this to the best of my knowledge, though it is
one thing on my list after AWT.
