I'm not really in a big hurry to get out a new release (I suppose
that's because I spend the majority of my time working with a subset
of Classpath under the JDK).
However, there are some issues that I'd like to have resolved before
the release.
1. Copyright assignments
The FSF has received assignment papers for the following contributors:
Scott Miller
Geoffrey Berry
Stuart Ballard
Wesley Biggs
I believe that's a significant minority of the contributors. If
you've written code that's been added to the CVS tree, we _need_ your
papers. Regardless of if the papers are "in the mail" or were sent a
good while ago and your name is not on the list, please send me an
email, and we'll get the problems cleared up.
2. LGPL headings with proper copyright lines need to be added to
numerous source files.
3. gnu.java.awt.gtk.peer - Jim has requested that the whole AWT
directory structure not be included in the tar ball.
