Swing in Claspath (was Re: cvs???)

A free implementation of Swing will be a part of GNU Classpath, since it's
part of the standard Java class libraries.  Possibly having seperate
releases like we're doing for the GTK+ AWT peers would be reasonable, but
we should definately not split it off.
