Classpath prerequests?

I was going to give the current CVS Classpath a go with the current
Japhar, but was unable to find the required libart_lgpl library.  It
was unknown on Freshmeat, and I have no ide where to find it.

Maybe someone should add an URL to classpath/HACKING?
